Your new role

• Opportunity to drive procurement strategy and lead a team

• Supplier sourcing, relationship and risk management

• Contract negotiations and cost savings

• Working closely with senior leadership to align with business goals

What you'll need to succeed

• Sourcing experience within industrial manufacturing sector mandatory (ideally from engineering)

• Negotiation skills and ambitious, go-getter personality

• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and suppliers

• People management, supervisory or mentoring experience a plus
