About the job:
We are recruiting a Waste Management Specialist to join our client on a long-term temporary assignment.

Rate: Competitive hourly rate Location: Oxford
Working environment: Hybrid (2 days working from home, 3 days on site)


The opportunity
As a Waste Management Specialist, your key responsibilities will be managing the onsite waste service providers' operations and performance, managing site waste management budgets. You will be in charge of KPI’s and reporting whilst analysing data to look for efficiency improvements. You will complete weekly site inspections/audits.

Compensation
We offer a competitive hourly wage plus an annual performance-related bonus. You will receive a generous annual leave of up to 35 days, which is inclusive of bank holidays. There’s free on-site parking available, and you’ll have access to a subsidised restaurant. We offer hybrid working where employees split their time between working remotely (often from home) and working in the office.
