Job Title: Supply Chain Administrator
Reporting to: Supply Chain Manager
Location: London, Paddington

Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Administrator to support the Supply Chain team in ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will manage key tasks such as product setup, order processing, and stock management while providing daily administrative support. This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Setup & Maintenance: Create and maintain SKU lists, manage data uploads on retailer portals, and ensure all product and pricing information is up-to-date.
  • Order Creation & Management: Assist with creating and closing purchase orders, monitor order progress, and ensure timely execution.
  • Weekly Stock Updates: Provide internal teams with weekly stock updates and act as the central point of contact for stock-related queries.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports for analysis and assist in summarising key data for decision-making.
  • Inventory Management: Perform monthly stock reconciliations and support the planning and execution of the annual stock take.
  • Administrative Support: Provide daily administrative assistance to the Supply Chain Manager, ensuring the smooth execution of operational tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or related fields
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with inventory management systems
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
Benefits:
  • £29K annual salary + 10% performance-based bonus
  • 25 days annual leave
  • £1,000 annual allocation
