Supply Teaching Assistant job

Your new role:

Here at Hays education, we are looking for flexible Teaching Assistants who are looking for part-time ad hoc work. This could be alongside university or another part-time role that you may currently have. With the flexibility of supply work, you choose the days and times that you would like to work and can gain experience in many different settings, different schools, year groups and levels of ability. Day-to-day work can also lead to long-term roles too. You may be asked to help with either 1.1 or general cover and will assist the school in whatever needs they may have that particular day.

Requirements to succeed in your new role:
  • Teaching Assistant experience within the last two years
  • Two working references from your most recent jobs that apply relevance to the position
  • Previous experience with young children with SEND requirements.
  • A DBS on the update service is desirable, you can apply for this through Hays.
