Role Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide one-on-one and small group support to young adults with additional needs, helping them achieve their educational goals and develop essential life skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalised support to students on a one-on-one and small group basis.
  • Assist students with their educational activities and help them understand and complete their assignments.
  • Develop and implement individualised support plans tailored to each student's needs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.
  • Monitor and record students' progress and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders.
  • Encourage and motivate students to reach their full potential.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with young adults with additional needs is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting young adults.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant qualifications in education, social work, or a related field are desirable.
