German Teacher job in Cardiff. March Start.
Your new school
I am recruiting for a teacher of German in an excellent school in Cardiff. The school based in Cardiff has over 1000 pupils, including over 200 pupils in the sixth form. The school has excellent facilities and the staff work hard to provide clear pathways for the children to succeed. There is a very welcoming and inclusive environment and the school provides a wide range of opportunities for the pupils to be creative and express themselves.
Your new role
Starting in March, you will be a full-time teacher dealing with a range of age groups delivering a full-time German timetable.

You will have responsibilities such as:
- Teach KS3 – KS5
- Nurture a range of learning abilities
- Staff meetings
- Parent’s evenings,
- Pastoral responsibilities,
- Planning and preparation of lessons, marking and assessment
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience of teaching German up to A-Level
- Qualified teaching Status or PCET with secondary school experience
- Proven track record of helping students
- Strong classroom management skills
- Registered with the Education Workforce Council
- Hold a DBS check on the update service or be willing to obtain one
