They are looking for an experienced TA to join their team and work with KS1 and KS2 pupils. This school provides a broad and balanced curriculum that meets the needs of all pupils, regardless of ability or background.

Your new role

As this will be a full-time role, you will be responsible for helping in both group and 1:1 setting to pupils in KS1 or KS2, depending on the needs each week. There are no major SEN concerns, but you will need to provide consistent support to all students and respond appropriately to their individual concerns. You will become an integral part of the school, joining a team of TA’s who are very experienced and that you will be able to learn from. The most important responsibility will be to maintain the highest possible standards of safeguarding in order to protect your pupils' well-being and ensure that they have a safe environment to learn and be themselves.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful in securing this position, you must possess recent experience working with children, ideally in an educational setting. Experience working with SEN pupils is desirable but not essential, and you will need to be available to start as soon as possible and continue through until Easter.
