Teaching Assistant Liverpool

Your new company
Hays Education are working with a Secondary school in Liverpool, who are seeking a qualified Teaching Assistant to join their team. This will be a long term role starting after October half-term.

Your new role
You will be working with KS3 and KS4, supporting the class teacher, managing behaviour, completing 1:1 work and group work with pupils. This role will involve supporting students in the SEN department.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will need a full DBS/Documents to apply for one as well as:
  • Hold a relevant teaching assistant qualification (e.g. NCFE, CACHE or NVQ Level 1, 2, 3)
  • Have previous experience working with children within the last 2 years
  • Two references for work within a school/with children
  • Experience supporting SEN pupils
