Early Years Teaching Assistant Required for short-term flexible contracts across Warrington

We work with a number of schools across Warrington who are looking for flexible short-term contract Early Years Teaching Assistants. These roles are within primary schools which are equipped with excellent facilities and achieve very high standards.
For the successful Early Years Teaching Assistant, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the progression of the pupils, as well as improving your skills through working across different mainstream primary schools.


Your new role

You will need to be an experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant with secure knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage from birth-5.
You will be joining hardworking, forward-thinking teams so you will need to be proactive in your approach, with an ability to motivate yourself as well as the children in your care. Specialist skills in supporting pupils with SEN or leading arts and crafts activities
would be beneficial.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this Early Years Teaching Assistant role you will:
- be qualified to at least NVQ Level 2
- be able to provide reference details for an education setting where you have worked within the last 12 months
- have proven experience of working with the EYFS framework from birth-5
- be comfortable supporting other members of staff in the preparation of food; feeding pupils and adhering to relevant health and safety guidelines
- be confident in working with the whole birth-5 age range from changing nappies to helping children integrate into their first year of school
