Are you a detail-orientated Technical Business Analyst who enjoys working in a challenging, rapidly evolving technical landscape? Do you have a strong background in Microsoft technologies, cloud solutions, and networking? Are you comfortable and enjoy working closely with senior stakeholders at an administrative level with good customer management skills and the ability to translate to a non-technical audience? Do you excel at bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation?

Key Responsibilities


  • Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and actionable plans.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including IT, development teams, and business leaders, to ensure alignment on technology solutions.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of cloud-based solutions (Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms) with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
  • Provide expertise in networking infrastructure and cloud networking, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing environments.
  • Conduct system analysis, design improvements, and provide recommendations for optimised business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful migrations, upgrades, and deployments of Microsoft products (Entra, Intune, Azure).
  • Support end-to-end project management, from concept through implementation, while managing risks and mitigating issues.
  • Stay updated on the latest cloud, networking, and Microsoft technology trends to guide future business decisions.


Qualifications & Experience:


  • Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, specifically within cloud technologies, Microsoft products, and networking.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and other cloud services.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts such as VPNs, firewalls, DNS, and load balancing.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure, system architecture, and security best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex technical concepts.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, or CCNA are a plus.
