Tenancy Management Team Leader - Liverpool - Contract min 9 months
We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Tenancy Management Team Leader in Liverpool for a minimum of 9 months, where you will be responsible for the day-to-day performance management of a small team of Officers, ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality housing and tenancy management services within communities.
Your new role
Line management - appraisals, disciplinaries, absence & sickness, training and development
Managing performance on set targets such as ASB, arrears, allocations, voids and estate management
Budget management and monitoring
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, customers and stakeholders
Reviews and audits
Delivery and development of neighbourhood plans
Lead on resident engagement and involvement, gathering information to identify and address key issues within the community
What you'll need to succeed
Strong knowledge and understanding of housing legislation and best practice
Proven experience of managing a high-performing team
Knowledge/understanding of relevant processes - allocations, voids, compliance, asb and arrears within social housing
Skilled in customer/stakeholder relationship management
