Trade Operations Analyst - Buy Side

Hays are excited to be working with a specialist Investment Manager to recruit a contractor within their Operations team. The client has a unique asset range (private credit / loans) so it would be an exciting contract to be working on.

Reporting directly to the Head of Operations you will be responsible for the following duties;

  • Booking of transactions (credit)
  • Trade capture
  • Daily P&L & Risk Reporting
  • Market data management
  • Assisting portfolio managers with ad hoc analysis of investments
  • Oversight back office processes (settlements, reconciliations, confirmations, and regulatory reporting)
  • Performing daily controls, and enhancing the control framework to reduce operational risk

To be considered for the role it is essential that you have a background in a trade support/ operations function from a buy side firm. We can consider any asset class but any credit or loans experience would be preferred.

If you are available at short notice or immediately available, it would also be beneficial.
