Role Overview:
We are seeking committed and empathetic Teaching Assistants and Teaching Staff to join our team. Your role will involve working in SEN schools, supporting students with a variety of needs such as autism, learning disabilities, and emotional and behavioural challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and implementing tailored educational activities.
- Provide individualised or small group support to students.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to address the unique needs of each student.
- Monitor and report on student progress and behaviour.
What We’re Looking For:
- Relevant qualifications or experience in education or SEN support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with special needs.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to the varying needs of students.
