Workplace Coordinator

Your new company

Hays are recruiting for a temporary to permanent Workplace Coordinator. This role is fully office based in Manchester city centre.

Your new role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the Manchester office, providing the management and coordination of reprographics and all incoming and outgoing mail services. You will provide administration support, order stationery, respond to enquires, coordinate printing, post and archiving, assist with the couriers and deliveries. You will send and distribute faxes, support with database searches, oversee legal copying, negotiate print deadlines, ensure all work is quality checked, reduce and assist with office storage, boxes and stock. You will work within legislative requirements, monitor office upkeep and any other duties required via the wider team and management.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be comfortable working on your own, you will have experience working in back office administrative support, you will be able to work to deadlines, you will have strong customer service skills, you have excellent IT skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

What you'll get in return

This role is paying £30,000 - £32,000. 35 hours per week, Manchester city centre office-based role, excellent benefits; hours are 8am–6pm (flexibility needed) on a shift rota basis.
