Your new company
Hays Education are currently recruiting for a reliable and adaptable primary teacher to work at Primary Schools in Bristol in their Key Stage 1 class. The schools is based in North Bristol and they are looking for somebody who can help the children begin their transition from Key Stage 1 into Key Stage 2 next year. This role is on a long-term basis with the possibility of being made permanent at the end of the contracted period.
Your new role
This role is on a full-time basis and will be suited to those who have a passion for the final year of Key Stage 1 teaching. The school will be looking for someone with a strong ability to adapt their teaching style as the students will have a different set of abilities; the role is open to ECT's. The successful candidate will have routine day-to-day classroom responsibilities along with working with other teachers in the year to form a collaborative team. If you’re interested in supporting children in their final year of Key Stage 2 teaching then this is the role for you.
What you'll need to succeed
- You should have experience within a classroom setting in the last 5 years.
- Experience in teaching KS1 is preferred
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a UK Qualified Teacher Status.
- Good knowledge of the English National Curriculum
