Your new role

As the Management Accountant, you will be reporting to the Financial Controller who used to perform this role and will be delivering a smooth and timely service within the accounts department. Your role will be working as a key member of the accounting team. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts for group companies, including analysis of KPIs / budgets.
• Reconciliation of intercompany balances and group financial position.
• Preparation and submission of UK VAT returns.
• Managed year-end reporting processes and liaised with external auditors.
• Daily revenue reconciliation, preparation / submission and monthly drawdowns.
• Accomplished Excel user: including vlookups, pivot tables, data manipulation, formulas.
• Supplier ledgers, invoicing, accruals, prepayments, deferred & accrued income, nominal, reporting.
• Cash flow forecasting / budgetary preparation and analysis.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an experienced accountant who can demonstrate strong work experience. You will be either a qualified accountant or a qualified by-experience accountant.

Dependent on your experience, you will receive a salary up to 45k. You will receive good benefits, such as Annual Leave 25 days plus 9 customary days,. Pension (5% employee, 3% employee) and Private Health Insurance
