Your new role

• Oversee the full spectrum of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insightful commentary on financial performance, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities to management.
• Manage the day-to-day activities of three direct reports, ensuring the completion of essential financial tasks such as accounts payable processes, funds drawdown, approvals, manual payment runs, and reconciliations.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with senior stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
