Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and maintaining statutory company records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and file corporate documentation, including annual returns, board resolutions, and meeting minutes.
Coordinate and schedule board and committee meetings, ensuring timely distribution of agendas and supporting materials.
Maintain and update the company's statutory registers and filings with regulatory bodies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and statutory compliance requirements.
Proven experience in a company secretarial or administrative role is advantageous.
