Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and maintaining statutory company records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Prepare and file corporate documentation, including annual returns, board resolutions, and meeting minutes.

  • Coordinate and schedule board and committee meetings, ensuring timely distribution of agendas and supporting materials.

  • Maintain and update the company's statutory registers and filings with regulatory bodies.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and statutory compliance requirements.

  • Proven experience in a company secretarial or administrative role is advantageous.
