Your new role

This role has a strong focus on operational refinements and process improvements to achieve business goals. The ability to handle accounts continues to grow for our customers. Therefore, the process in the account management team continually needs to be robust enough to meet the business needs.

The role is heavily focussed on supplying account resources and that they are handled with speed by integrating them into a bespoke client database. This ensures the business can execute its strategies without missing any demand. It ensures our external stakeholders are satisfied by offering the best standard in the industry for handling an unrivalled volume of accounts.

Furthermore, the quality must be high to ensure that our resources are not wasted. This quality goes further and makes sure that these are not misconfigured in any way to make a highly dependable service. Specialist knowledge is required to ensure flexibility can be applied when needed to the processes.

The role involves communicating with our external stakeholders. This means providing them with feedback on account performance. The other part of working with external stakeholders is to make sure their requirements are satisfied and make sure they take any feedback from them promptly.

This is a heavily admin-focused role, so accuracy is essential.

What you'll need to succeed


  • Responsible for adding all accounts to the system
  • Responsible for meeting all other KPIs in relation to speed and quality
  • Responsible for improving processes and efficiency
  • Responsible for data quality, such as resolving discrepancies and accuracy checks are carried out
  • Support by providing supplier feedback
  • Manage and monitor the resource pools for each outlet and ensure these meet the demands of the business.
  • Any other tasks deemed to be reasonable or necessary for the role
