Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy, Lead Architect opportunity, growing dynamic company, hybrid, bonus

We are assisting a successful London Multi-disciplinary consultancy to recruit a senior level Architect for their growing team.

Over the last 15 years, since their founding, they have achieved impressive growth, which has resulted from a robust and comprehensive offering of services, with an entrepreneurial mindset. They are seeking an ambitious architect, who will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative and compliant design solutions, and furthermore help them unlock added opportunities with both their existing client base alongside new ventures.

You will manage projects from concept through to completion, applying your skills to ensure seamless integration of architectural design, contract administration, and project management. With a focus on cladding remediation and building safety compliance, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality projects that exceed client expectations.

About You

  • Chartered Architect (RIBA Part iii or ARB Registered) from five years post-qualification experience.

  • Demonstrable experience in a consultancy environment (ideal but not essential), managing architectural projects for a variety of clients.

  • Knowledge of cladding remediation (ideal but not essential), and relevant UK building regulations.

  • Experience managing projects from inception to completion, including responsibilities as Contract Administrator and/or Project Manager.

  • Skills in AutoCAD and Revit, with a strong portfolio showcasing design and technical capabilities.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas, negotiate effectively, and build lasting client relationships.

  • Logical thinker with exceptional problem-solving and organisational abilities.

  • Collaborative approach to working with colleagues across disciplines, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to a positive team culture.

Most importantly, they are looking for a positive and ambitious candidate who will be excited to begin the next stage of their career with a dynamic consultancy, who are due to embark on a very exciting year ahead. If there are areas within your skill-set that are still developing, for instance, experience within a consultancy environment, or cladding remediation, but you possess the personal attributes, we would still encourage you to apply.

Salary will be up to £60,000 (depending on experience). The full benefits can be provided upon request; however, they include Performance Related Bonus, Private Healthcare, and a competitive 26 Days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
