Your new role

In your new role, you'll be responsible for the following:

  • Lead and manage audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries.

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

  • Plan, execute, and complete audits in accordance with established standards and deadlines.

  • Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.

  • Identify and communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients and senior management.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.

  • Assist in business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations.

What you'll need to succeed

You'll ideally be ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with proven experience at Manager or Assistant Manager level in an accounting firm.
