We are recruiting on behalf of a leading provider of mechanical building services, specialising in a diverse range of projects including warehouses and large residential properties. With project values up to £7 million, they pride themselves on delivering high-quality, innovative solutions tailored to their clients' needs.

Your new role

As a BIM Technician, you will be responsible for creating and managing building information models (BIM) for mechanical aspects of various projects. This role requires proficiency in both AutoCAD and Revit, as well as a strong understanding of mechanical building services.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage BIM models for mechanical building services projects.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and efficient design solutions.
Produce detailed drawings and documentation using AutoCAD and Revit.
Coordinate with other disciplines to integrate mechanical designs into overall project models.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures.
Assist in the development and implementation of BIM standards and workflows.

What you'll need to succeed

    Working Hours:
    • Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
    • Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
