We are seeking a skilled and versatile Builder / Multiskilled / Bricklayer to join our team.

This role involves working on social housing repairs and some planned works across Nottinghamshire. If you have a passion for construction and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of building tasks including bricklaying, plastering, tiling, and carpentry.
- Carry out repairs and maintenance on social housing properties.
- Execute planned works as required.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within set deadlines.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Builder / Multiskilled / Bricklayer.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid CSCS card is preferred.
