Your new role
Working as a CRM Change Manager, you will take ownership of the programme's change and engagement CRM strategy, ensuring it effectively drives and embeds change.

What you'll need to succeed

• Ability to drive through a goal-oriented strategic approach in a complex organisational context
• Strong understanding of change management
• Experience with delivering CRM change projects and is hands-on
• Influencing skills and are comfortable steering upstream decision-making with key decision-makers
• Experience of utilising change and engagement disciplines in a coordinated campaign, e.g. insight, stakeholder engagement, media, digital, etc.
• Knowledge of training needs analysis, change impact and readiness reviews
