Marketing Recruitment Campaign Lead | Liverpool | Hybrid | Interim | £25 - £30 per hour

Your new role

Lead on the recruitment marketing efforts, manage social media, websites, and third-party platforms, and create key collateral to improve the onboarding experience. Your insights will drive successful recruitment campaigns and support talent acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Lead recruitment campaigns.
  • Engage with potential candidates online and offline.
  • Produce campaign effectiveness reports.
  • Promote diversity, inclusion, and accessibility.
  • Enhance the candidate journey with key tools and documentation.
  • Review and improve our recruitment website.
  • Collaborate with Communications, Marketing, HR, and other teams.
  • Support recruitment event planning.
