I have partnered up with a London-based Facilities/Cleaning business to recruit for a Business Development Manager. They have long-standing relationships with Building Management, Real Estate and Development companies and utilise these to win contracts for their services.

Your new role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be the main driver for new business opportunities and it will be your responsibility to utilise industry knowledge/experience to grow sales.

Ideally, you will have experience in:

• Experience within Facilities or Cleaning service positions
• Business Development experience within client facing positions.
• Taking ownership of sites or patches to ensure service excellence
• Managing subcontractors and service standards on client visits

What you will get in return

• £55,000-£70,000 basic salary plus commission
