Global organisation looking to recruit a Head of Purchasing to join their growing business to drive strategic procurement initiatives. Job ref. #4656751
Your new role
Identifying process improvement opportunities and optimising the purchasing process
Negotiating group-level contracts
Developing and implementing strategic procurement initiatives
Taking a leadership role in managing the purchasing team
What you'll need to succeed
Procurement experience within Food / FMCG sectors mandatory
“People person”, strong communication and relationship-building skills
Hands-on and proactive self-starter
People management experience managing direct reports or mentoring/ supervising
Able to be based onsite 3-4 days a week in Surrey
