Your new role

• 1st and 2nd fixed duties including all ironmongery repairs/ kitchen installation/ all types of door installation/ glazing
• Working on void and tenanted properties
• Working with other team members to provide a courteous and considerate service to clients and tenants
• Work under the instruction of the site supervisor, endeavouring to meet the needs of clients and tenants
• Making Service recommendations following Preventative Maintenance Service Visits.
• Managing Van Stock.
• Responding to customer call-out service requests.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified as a carpenter, a minimum of 2 years' practical experience is desirable.
• Excellent customer communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Computer experience for recording work completed on a Service System.
• Be physically fit and capable of working from ladders.
• A full clean driving licence is an advantage.
• CSR Card
• Manual handling is an advantage.
