Marketing Executive | Burnley | Hybrid Working | £27,000 - £32,000 depending on experience

Your new company
A well-established manufacturing firm operating from the head office based in Burnley.
Due to the development, the business is now expanding and seeking a Marketing Executive to join their business on a full-time permanent basis. This is an extremely wide and varied role within the organisation broad presenting a mix of routine tasks and duties alongside unpredictable daily challenges.
The working pattern is hybrid working and hours range from 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Your new role
As a Marketing Executive, you will enhance the company's presence and increase their marketing efforts working alongside a leading team and specialist agencies.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at boosting brand visibility and driving lead generation.
  • Produce and schedule engaging content, including emails, blogs, short-form videos (Reels, TikToks), and graphics.
  • Work with the Graphic Designer to maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Coordinate and create content for case studies.
  • Oversee and schedule email marketing campaigns.
  • Compile and present reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and ROI.
  • Support internal teams by developing presentations, marketing materials, and customized content.
  • Provide assistance with administrative tasks, events, photoshoots, and collaboration with external stakeholders and agencies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


What you'll need to succeed
  • Graduate in marketing or business.
  • 2+ years of marketing experience and strong interest in marketing and design.
  • Professional approach with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Competent in MS Office and previous experience with software such as Click Dimensions, Canva, Cap Cut, Dynamics, Monday, WordPress, and Meta Business Suite or similar
  • Short-form video editing experience (reels/TikToks)
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and a team player with a positive attitude.
