Your new company
Your new company is a leading health research charity dedicated to fighting diseases that impact children. The organisation funds research into the causes and treatment of diseases, supports families dealing with childhood diseases and raises awareness. This role is working in a flexible, welcoming and high-performing team which pride themselves on developing staff and creating a culture in which employees can perform at their best.

Your new role
Your new role will be responsible for driving new business to ensure the income goal of the charity's wider corporate partnership strategy is achieved. This will include:
  • Leading on New Business of corporate partners
  • Identifying, engaging with and cultivating prospective corporate partners
  • Report on New Business pipeline and performance
  • Deliver agreed income and expenditure targets
  • Support the wider Corporate Partnerships team through partner relationship management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build and deliver strong presentation and proposals to partners and potential partners
  • Represent the charity at partner meetings, presentations and events

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in applying for this position, you will need to have experience and a track record of building new business partnerships, ideally being in the charity sector. You will need to have experience of building a dynamic pipeline approach that allows for a variety of partnerships in addition to being able to present and create engaging proposals. It is also essential that a successful applicant has strong networking, relationship building and negotiation skills to engage effectively with prospective corporate partners.
