Your new role
The role has arisen due to someone retiring, so there is a possibility it could go permanent but cannot be guaranteed at this stage. This is not a delivery-focused role as external providers are utilised for content and delivery. However, on occasion it will be required. You will be the link between the training providers, the organisation, stakeholders and follow up with attendees to support them in embedding the learning/facilitating a community/collaboration as well as sharing insights, tracking ROI and budgets, evaluation, making improvements to the programmes where necessary.Aiming to start the role in mid-March, so do get in touch asap if it is of interest.
What you'll need to succeed
- Success in managing and delivering organisational development programmes and systems change.
- Evidence of persuasive and effective communication skills – orally and in writing, including the ability to facilitate learning interventions and chair meetings.
- Able to write board papers which are engaging and persuasive.
- Proficiency in managing a busy workload, quickly responding to emerging or changing priorities.
- Evidence of high levels of emotional intelligence and resilience and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
