Your new role

You will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy of the business. Partnering with the Sales Director and Finance Director, you will deliver actionable insights and influence business decisions. Your responsibilities will include supporting forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes to achieve business objectives, conducting in-depth financial analysis to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and drive profitability, and building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the business. Additionally, you will translate complex financial data into clear, impactful recommendations for non-financial stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge at all levels. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on driving business performance. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or QBE.
