Your new role

As the Group Compliance Manager, you will get the chance to report directly to the Compliance Director. As the firm has primarily been growing through acquisitions, you will get the opportunity to gain exposure to M&A compliance.

You will get the chance to influence firm-wide compliance from a strategic, operational and regulatory perspective.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience with an accounting body regulator such as ICAEW or ACCA.

• Prior experience with M&A compliance.

• Ability to travel to all UK locations (Driving licence).

• Experience drafting regulatory guidelines.
