Your new role
This is a Contracts Manager position sitting within a high-performance European Legal team. With an international vibe, the team works on complex, cross-border commercial matters, and specifically the role is focussed on roaming contracts internationally. The legal team is instrumental in advising on risk and supporting processes in relation to digital platforms/services, mobile broadband, IoT products and technology procurement. You will negotiate and review complex agreements, working with gravitas in partnership with stakeholders across the business. You will be responsible for providing contracting and transaction support to the Group International Roaming Team. This will include drafting and supporting group deals with mobile network operators around the world. These services enable retail customers to access mobile and data services wherever they are, and will also support international IoT and M2M propositions.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in contract drafting and management, and be familiar with international roaming agreements, with excellent training and ideally commercial generalist experience in a telecommunications setting. You will be comfortable working with stakeholders and operational teams in an international and fast-paced working environment. You will have a track record as a good project manager, with a “can-do” attitude.
