The Role: We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising classes during the absence of teaching staff, ensuring that students continue to learn in a safe and productive environment. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about education and want to make a positive impact on students' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes during the absence of the regular teacher
• Deliver pre-set lesson plans and ensure students remain on task
• Manage classroom behavior in line with school policies
• Provide support and assistance to students as needed
• Liaise with teaching staff to ensure smooth transitions between lessons
• Report any issues or concerns to senior staff

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a school environment is desirable
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively
• Adaptable and able to handle a variety of subjects and age groups
• A genuine interest in supporting the education and development of young people
• Relevant qualifications or certifications are an advantage
