What you'll need to succeed

• At least 6 months of experience as a Cover Supervisor or working with large groups of children that we can reference (within the last 2 years)
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
