Teaching Assistant job (MAT cover)

Role Overview: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our teachers and students. Your responsibilities will include assisting with classroom activities, providing one-on-one support to students, and helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities: Assist teachers in preparing and delivering lessons. Provide individual support to students who need extra help. Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment. Support the planning and execution of educational activities and projects. Assist with the assessment and recording of student progress. Foster a safe and inclusive atmosphere for all students.
Requirements: Previous experience in an educational setting is essential. A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the school. Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are desirable.
