Customer Liaison Officer – Immediate Start
We have an opportunity for a proactive and personable Customer Liaison Officer to start immediately. This is a temporary position for a minimum of 6–8 weeks, on a full-time basis, working 40 hours a week. We are offering hourly rates between £15 and £17 an hour and access to a company vehicle.
Your new role
- Act as the first point of contact for tenants throughout the project
- Provide clear updates on work schedules, access requirements, and progress
- Handle queries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Liaise with site managers and contractors to coordinate resident needs
- Maintain accurate records of communications and appointments
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a CLO, Resident Liaison, or similar role
- Background in social housing (roofing experience preferred)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Full UK Driving Licence
