IT Customer Success Executive

About the Company:

We are a start-up Technology/SaaS business, dedicated to providing exceptional experience to travel and tourism based clients, helping our customers promote sustainable tourism via a world-class platform. We are looking for someone to join us to continue our journey of growth. You will be working with our founder(s) who is a serial entrepreneur and who has over 30 years of extensive experience & networks within the travel sector.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy individual to support the growth of clients using our platform. This role involves being the face of the business to customers, building relationships with partners, troubleshooting basic issues, and ensuring smooth operation of the platform. The ideal candidate will have the maturity and soft skills to effectively communicate with software developers and business partners such as hotels, safari tour operators, and luxury holiday lodges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers re sales enquiries, demos, onboarding new customers etc.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues with the platform.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of the platform to become an expert user.
  • Collaborate with the team during flexible meetups to ensure cohesive operations.

Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
  • Previous experience in account management or a customer-facing role is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and enthusiastic about working for a company in the travel and conservation industry.
