Your new role

You will act as the first point of contact for customers and external organisations, monitor and respond to customer's emails and enquiries within set SLA's, be responsible for logging and triaging all new repair requests that come with updates, ensuring that emergency repairs are brought to the attention of the property team and provide residents with updates on their repair queries.

You'll need to take a proactive approach in identifying recurring issues that residents are facing and aim to resolve these problems, continually looking for areas in which to improve the service offered, support residents in making rent payments and work with all residents in a calm and professional manner.

What you'll need to succeed

Prior experience in customer service and administration is required, while housing sector knowledge is desirable. The role aligns with the organisation's core values of care, adaptability, inclusivity, and resilience, ensuring a high standard of service for all stakeholders.
