Your new role
You'll be the customer service lead, assisting with the following duties:
Customer service problem resolution
Logistics assistance for delivery drivers
Excellent prioritisation
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and COM systems
What you'll need to succeed
Be able to work independently without team support
Work effectively in high-stress environments
Excellent customer service skills
Good organisation
Excellent English proficiency
