This school is looking for a dedicated Early Years teacher for a full-time, long-term supply position. Your New Role
- Planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Creating a stimulating and nurturing learning environment that encourages children's curiosity and love for learning.
- Regularly assessing children's progress and providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Implementing effective behaviour management strategies to ensure a positive classroom atmosphere.
- Collaborating with colleagues and maintaining clear communication with parents and guardians about children's progress and well-being.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS)
- Excellent understanding of the EYFS curriculum
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Enthusiasm, energy, and adaptability
