Job Description:

As a supply teacher with Hays Education, you will have the unique opportunity to work in a variety of primary schools throughout Sheffield. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the continuity of education for students, delivering engaging and effective lessons, and fostering the learning and development of young minds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Classroom Management: Effectively manage classroom behaviour to ensure a positive and conducive learning environment.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with school staff to support student progress and well-being.
  • Feedback: Offer constructive feedback to students and maintain clear communication with school staff.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential for this role.
  • Experience: Proven experience working with primary-aged students.
  • Classroom Management: Strong skills in managing classroom dynamics.
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to various schools and teaching environments.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
