You will be working for a leading Accountancy Firm based in Central London. This company is one of the UK's top 13 accountancy firms and a member of one of the largest accountancy networks globally . Your new role
You will be supporting the wider organisation by designing, implementing and managing reward programmes to motivate, attract and retain employees. You will be analysing compensation and benefits data, working with internal stakeholders and senior business partners to align rewards with business objectives.
You will be responsible for
You will be responsible for the design and implementation of Reward & LTI programmes, analysing the effectiveness of current rewards and driving continuous improvement. You will conduct job evaluations, annual pay review and salary benchmarking, to ensure competitive pay structures. You will manage all benefits-related administration, including enrolment, renewals and vendor relationships. You will conduct research to ensure competitiveness of employee benefits schemes and propose changes where required. You will work closely with HR, internal and external stakeholders to align rewards with business objectives. You will act as the main point of contact for all queries regarding compensation and benefits.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have 2–3 years' experience in Reward and have extensive knowledge of all Reward & Compensation practices. You will be knowledgeable in employee benefits. You will be numerically skilled and have proficient technical ability, with advanced excel skills. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams. You will be an organised, detail-oriented negotiator who can prioritise effectively and work well under pressure.
