Your new role

This employment lawyer role will see you handle a respondent caseload that will include a genuine mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. In addition to a Tribunal caseload, you will advise on employment contracts and policies, settlement agreements, as well as corporate support and industrial relations issues. You can expect to enjoy a first rate caseload with a well established client list.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be an employment lawyer with 1-5 years' pqe. With good client care skills, you will have the ability to provide practical and commercial solutions for clients.
