Your new role

This employment solicitor role will see you handle a respondent based caseload that will focus on SMEs as well as larger corporates. You will also advise in relation to settlement agreements. The team is well run and has a positive dynamic. You can expect to play a role in business development initiatives and in helping to grow the employment practice.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be an employment lawyer with 5+ years' pqe. You will have a commercial and client centric approach with the ability to provide pragmatic solutions for clients.
