Job Description:
This outstanding secondary school are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective English lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will inspire and motivate students to develop their reading, writing, and critical thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons that cater to the needs of all students.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices.
• Participate in school events and extracurricular activities.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A degree in English or a related field.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English literature and language.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
