What you'll be doing:
- Deliver engaging and differentiated English lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Foster a love of literature, language, and critical thinking
- Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted support where needed
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
What we're looking for:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
