Executive Assistant | Full-Time | Wellingborough Based | Permanent Role | 25-28K Annual Salary

Job Title: Executive Assistant
Hours: Monday to Friday | 8am–5pm
Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (DOE)

Hays are partnering with a reputable and high-end company based near Wellingborough to recruit an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior management / director. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and dynamic organisation.

Your new role

  • Providing full diary and inbox management, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Preparing presentations, reports, and other essential documents using Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Managing complex travel itineraries, including visas and accommodation bookings.
  • Handling confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  • Coordinating meetings and events, including logistics and catering arrangements.
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Managing expenses and invoices.
  • Providing general administrative support, including answering phone calls and managing correspondence.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or PA, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Data management skills and experience.
  • A proactive and proactive approach to work.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential.
