Hays Senior Finance are working with a leading not-for-profit organisation in Lincoln looking for a Finance Business Partner. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will work as part of a team of business partners looking after various sites across Lincolnshire.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an experienced finance professional (AAT, part-qualified ACMA/ACCA or qualified by experience) with recent and proven management accounts, reporting and analysis skills coupled with the proven ability to work with stakeholders across an organisation providing financial support, analysis, budget advice and be able to review sets of monthly management accounts and create meaningful KPI's. You will be living in close commute of the Lincolnshire area and be able to drive as the hybrid role involves travelling to sites as needed (1-2 days a week on average).
